Lunch Buffet at Blue Diamond Hotel

This is the first time I have chance to attend a buffet party in Blue Diamond, thanks to my love Ashley Ti Ni. We arrived at 11 am, the receptionist kindly instructed me to the motor place before we checked in the party. Their uniforms looked clean and very neat. They were hospitable and polite to us and made me feel comfortable when I started to collect my food. The food looked clean, fresh, and delicious. There are a lot of choices, from salad and appetizer to soup, from hot food to dessert, and they were all very well - cooked. My girlfriend liked seafood the most and grilled oysters were fairly good for her. Although I like seafood also, I prefer green salad and vegetable more. We used 2 watermelon slices for our dessert and leaf the buffet party with the best satisfaction.

Today is my first day in schedule rearranging plan, containing 8 hours of working and learning English. After a long time always looking sorrow at home, I feel that I really need to change and  push myself to a more interesting and useful life.

Tomorrow is even a harder day, I must finish doing exercise as fast as I can to do other works in time. Hoping everything is in control!

Mr. Dang Thanh Chau

November 15th 2013, as normal Friday of mines, I was watching The Voice US when my mother called and informed me that uncle Chau passed away. At the first moment, I could not believe in my ears and asked mom again for a confirmation, and it was true. It shocked me not only because Mr.Chau was a healthy man who was just in his late 60s, but also because he still had a lot of unfinished ambitious plans in education.

Mr.Chau is well-knows and respected because of his great devotion in education and worked as a headmaster of Le Hong Phong high school before retiring. He was also headmaster of Viet Uc international high school after retiring and was the former of Dang Thanh English education center as well as study abroad consultant company which was one of the most effective and relative price for Vietnamese student.

I had chance to learn Biology in Mr.Chau's class in his own house, with a lot of friendly classmate and a friendly environment which encourage me a lot in learning. That year, I have excellent Biology result at school and high score at the university's entrance exams. Thanks to Mr.Chau, I have a lot of good feeling about the biologist world and the natural society and I still have dream to be a veterinarian although I have graduated at UEH school and worked in a bank for 2 years.

I could not believe that Mr.Chau has left my world forever, I can not say anything with her wife and daughters but my deepest condolence from my heart and wishing he could rest in peace.
